Follow these steps when taking a live picture of your physical identity document:

1. Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
2. Select 'Account'
3. Choose 'Personal details' and tap on 'Verify my identity'
4. Select your nationality and choose the document(s) from the list (e.g. passport, identity card)
5. Ensure your document is valid and not expired. If it is, try using a different one
6. Take a live picture of the document. Make sure to fit the document within the frame, ensuring all four corners of the document are visible
7. Check that the picture of your document is clear and fully readable
8. Press 'Confirm' and continue the sign up process
