Add or withdraw funds from a CFD account
Funding your CFD account
You can add money to your CFD (margin) account from your main Revolut account. Your margin account will be opened in USD.
To fund your account:
- Go to 'Invest' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'CFDs'
- Tap 'Add money'
- Select the amount you'd like to add in USD

Withdrawing funds from your CFD account
All cash movements related to your trading activities (buying, selling, paying fees, receiving dividends, etc.) are settled immediately, so you can reinvest them straight away.
If you want to withdraw funds from your margin account, here's how it works:
- Withdrawal requests made before 14:00 CET will be credited to your account by the end of the next business day (T+1)
- Withdrawal requests made after 14:00 CET will be credited by the end of the second business day (T+2)
How open positions affect withdrawals
An unrealised loss on a position will reduce the amount you can withdraw while the position remains open. But an unrealised profit on a position will not increase the amount you can withdraw until the position is closed.
