Report a fraudulent card payment

If you don’t recognise a card payment:

  1. Freeze your card: go to Cards → select your card → 'Freeze'
  2. Go to Dashboard → click 'See all' next to your transactions list → check if you have made any other payments to that merchant in the past and whether you recognise them
  3. If you don't recognise transactions, please raise a chargeback request so we can help you get your money back:
  • Select the relevant transaction → 'Report an issue'
  • Select the issue (you won't see the option to fill in the form if the standing order/subscription transaction was made within the last 7 days)
  • Raise the request and add the transaction details
