What happens to payments sent to the local account details after 18 March 2021?
Unfortunately, from 18 March 2021, Revolut will no longer have access to the local payment schemes and all our customers will revert to their LT IBANs.
This means that any payment sent to local account details will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the sender. There is no option to keep these account details and continue using them to receive payments.
Payments to the local account details may take 1-3 business days to be returned to the sender. If the sender hasn't received the returned funds they should contact their bank.
