Manage subscription payments to merchants
View and manage my subscriptions
- Go to 'Payments' on the bottom menu
- Tap the calendar icon in the top right corner
- Select a subscription to view its details
If you don't see your subscription when you tap the calendar icon, you can mark a payment as a subscription manually instead. To do so:
- Go to your transaction history
- Tap on the payment to open its details
- Toggle 'Subscription payment'
How to prevent a subscription from happening again
- Block a specific subscription payment to a merchant: only subscription payments of the specified amount of that merchant will be blocked
- Block the merchant: all payments to this merchant will be blocked
How to block a subscription in-app
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select 'Security'
- Choose 'Payments' and 'Blocked payments'
- Tap 'Add new' above 'Subscriptions' or 'Merchants' sections and select a previous payment from the merchant you want to block
To unblock the merchant, select the merchant you want to unblock and tap 'Unblock payments'. If you still don't see the subscription as unblocked, follow these steps:
- Go to your transaction list
- Tap the payment to the merchant you want to unblock
- Tap 'Unblock payments'
How to cancel a subscription
To cancel a subscription, you'll need to contact the merchant. Blocking a subscription or a merchant in-app doesn't cancel the subscription.
Blocking future payments to a merchant on our platform prevents them from collecting subscription payments based on their merchant ID and specific amount.
However, some may attempt to charge with a different merchant ID. To fully deactivate the subscription, contact the merchant directly and request cancellation.
