What to do if my card was lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, please follow the below steps:
Go to 💳 Cards in-app by tapping the card icon in the top right of your home screen → select the card → tap 'Settings':
- To cancel the card, tap 'Terminate Card'
- To order a replacement, tap 'Replace Card'
To temporarily block the card, simply tap 'Freeze'.
👉 You can also cancel your card by calling +370 5 214 3608. When you’ve ordered a new card, you’ll be given an expected delivery date.
For a lost or stolen <18 card, open your child's <18 account → tap on their card → tap 'Freeze' → 'Settings' → 'Replace card'.
Report fraud in-app with our online chargeback form by tapping 'Transactions' → 'Get help'.
If you have any doubts about the security of your card, it's best to cancel it and request a new one. We're unable to reactivate a cancelled card for security reasons.
