What are Payment Links and how do I use them?
Payment Links let you request online and in-person payments easily, even if you don’t have a website. You can send links via any channel — whether that’s email, text, invoices, QR codes, or social media.
Once customers receive your link, they’re directed to a secure checkout page where they can complete purchases or settle invoices. You can reuse or set limits on how many times you want to use a link, so you don’t have to create the same one twice.
To let customers know it’s you, you can add your brand colours or logo to your secure checkout page. We won’t charge any fees for creating or sending Payment Links — we’ll only charge the relevant fees for successful payments.
Fees for Payment Link transactions
- For domestic personal Visa or Mastercard cards: 1.0% + £0.20 (or currency equivalent)
- For international and commercial cards: 2.8% + £0.20 (or currency equivalent)
All percentages shown above are of the total transaction value. T&Cs apply.
