How do I amend a bank transfer?

If you’ve made a mistake in your transfer (e.g. forgot to add a reference or name), you can reach out to us via in-app chat, and we’ll try to help you resolve it.

Amendments are only possible for international SWIFT transfers. However, for local transfers, if you’ve forgotten to add a name, or you’ve added the wrong name, it’s highly probable that it'll still reach the recipient.
