Issues making a SEK transfer

For a SEK transfer to be successful, the recipient’s address needs to be up to date. 

To update the recipient’s address in-app: 

  1. Tap 'Payments'
  2. In the search bar, look up and select the beneficiary 
  3. Tap their profile icon in the top-right corner 
  4. Next to the 'IBAN' field, tap the pen icon 
  5. If all the displayed details match, tap 'Save securely'
  6. Follow the prompts to update the address
