How to freeze or unfreeze a card

Freeze your card

Go to Cards
Choose your card
Select 'Freeze'

Any card payments attempted with this card will be declined.

Unfreeze my card

Go to Cards
Choose your card
Select 'Unfreeze'

If you’re unable to unfreeze the card, you’ll need to contact the account admin.
