To open a Revolut Business account, your business must be officially and fully incorporated.
Information required to verify your business
- Registered name
- Legal form
- Address of registration
- Trading name
- Registration date
- Company status
- New Zealand company number
Supported documents
- Certificate of incorporation issued by the New Zealand Companies Office
- Companies Office extract dated in the last 3 months and clearly describing registered name, address, registration number and date of incorporation
- Audited Annual Report for the most recent financial year confirming registered name, address, registration number and date of incorporation.
How long will the verification take?
The business verification process can take up to 5 business days. After this timeframe, if you don't receive an email from us confirming the completion of your verification, check the in-app 'Home' screen to make sure you have no pending requests for information.
