Eligibility requirements
In addition to being a Revolut Premium, Metal or Ultra plan customer, customers must satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
- You’re a New Zealand resident
- You’re 79 years old or younger when making your relevant travel purchase
- You’ve used a card connected to your Revolut account to pay for your relevant travel purchase
- Your Revolut account — and Premium, Metal or Ultra subscription — is active at the time of making the booking and the date of loss
