Why was my card payment declined if I have enough funds?
Low balance in a specific currency account
Make sure you have enough money in the individual currency account you want to pay from (or that your card is linked to) to avoid transaction rejections — even if your total balance across all accounts is enough.
Check if the card is linked to a Pocket
If the card is linked to a Pocket with a low balance, the payment will be declined even if you have enough money across other Pockets and accounts. To see your Pocket balance or check transaction details, tap on 'Accounts' below your balance and go to 'Pockets', or tap on the transaction in-app.
Check future payments
Check scheduled payments to make sure your account balance is enough.
