Most refunds can be processed by the merchant without a dispute. If you still need to dispute the transaction, make sure you gather evidence of the merchant’s response, as this can significantly help your case.
How to dispute a card transaction
If your direct contact with the merchant is unsuccessful, follow these steps to dispute the card transaction in your Revolut app:
- Tap the transaction in your transactions list. If you have multiple to report, you’ll be able to add them in the form later
- Tap 'Get help'
- Choose 'I would like a refund for this transaction'
- Complete and submit the form
