I didn’t receive the correct amount of cash from an ATM
If an ATM charges your card and doesn't dispense the money, or dispenses the incorrect amount of cash, check if:
- the payment is pending in the app. A pending transaction may be reverted and refunded automatically. You can check the reversal date in your transaction history. Go to the payment -> Payment status -> Reversal date.
- the charge is complete. In this case, you can submit a chargeback dispute. Learn how to do it here.
