I don't recognise an ATM cash withdrawal

If you suspect that the payment is fraudulent, freeze your card to prevent further fraudulent withdrawals. To learn how to freeze your card, check out this FAQ.

Check if you made a withdrawal at the same ATM in the past:

  1. Go to your transactions list
  2. Type 'ATM' in the search bar
