What are the fees for ordering a card?

For physical card orders, a fee is charged based on your plan, card type, and delivery method. We'll show you all applicable fees in-app before you order. Virtual cards are available at no cost. Paid plan customers can opt to order a card from a lower-tier plan.

  • Card fees are a one-time charge for each additional card ordered
  • There are no monthly charges for having a physical card
  • Special edition cards are available to each plan, upgrading to a higher plan will not decrease the fee for these cards. These cards cannot be provided for free
  • There are no special or exclusive benefits associated with special edition cards beyond any associated plan benefits

Card fees per plan

  • First Standard card: free of charge, only delivery fees apply
  • First Plus, Premium, and Metal card: free of charge, once per a 12-month billing cycle. Includes one replacement non-Metal card, additional Metal cards incur a fee

Additional cards:

  • Standard (on standard plan): NZD8.99
  • Standard, Plus, and Premium: NZD24.99
  • Metal: NZD79.99
  • Special edition: check in-app

Delivery fees

Standard customers need to pay for delivery. Standard delivery fees are as follows:

  • Local standard untracked: NZD 4.99
  • Express tracked: NZD33.99

Plus plan customers get standard delivery at no cost. Premium and Metal customers get complimentary express tracked delivery.

Customisation fees

  • Standard: NZD7.99 for customisation (if available)
  • Plus, Premium and Metal: free customisation (if available)

Replacement fees may apply. While extra cards always incur a cost, replacement cards may also be subject to additional fees depending on the circumstances.
