What are the fees for ordering a card?
For physical card orders, a fee is charged based on your plan, card type, and delivery method. We'll show you all applicable fees in-app before you order. Virtual cards are available at no cost. Paid plan customers can opt to order a card from a lower-tier plan.
- Card fees are a one-time charge for each additional card ordered
- There are no monthly charges for having a physical card
- Special edition cards are available to each plan, upgrading to a higher plan will not decrease the fee for these cards. These cards cannot be provided at no cost
- There are no special or exclusive benefits associated with special edition cards beyond any associated plan benefits
Card fees per plan
- First Standard card: there is no fee for the card, but delivery fees apply
- First Plus, Premium, Metal, or Ultra card: at no cost, once per 12-month billing cycle. This includes one replacement non-Metal card, and additional Metal cards incur a fee

- Plus and Premium: NZ$24.99
- Metal: NZ$79.99
- Ultra: NZ$79.99
- Special edition: check in-app
Delivery fees
We offer Standard and Express, subject to country serviceability. You’ll only see eligible options at checkout. Plus gets free Standard delivery, while Premium, Metal, and Ultra get free Express delivery.
- Local standard untracked: NZ$4.99
- Express tracked: NZ$33.99
Customisation fees
- Standard: check in-app (if available)
- Plus, Premium, Metal, and Ultra: customisation at no cost (if available)
Replacement fees may apply. While extra cards always incur a cost, replacement cards may also be subject to additional fees depending on the circumstances.
