Need a hand?

Tapping the 'X' icon in the top-left corner of an ongoing loan application will save your progress, allowing you to resume at a later time (by tapping ‘Resume application’), or cancel (by tapping ‘Cancel application’). If you want to cancel an ongoing application from your home screen:

• Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
• Below your balance, tap Accounts
• Select your credit card application
• On the 'Application in progress' window, tap 'Cancel application'

You can't cancel an application that has already been submitted. Once the review is complete, you'll receive a notification about the outcome. Once you receive the outcome, you'll also be able to cancel the application if you wish to do so.

If you wish to cancel your credit card, type 'Live agent' in our in-app chat to speak to an agent who can help you. Deleting the credit card from the app doesn't cancel the agreement.

If you cancel your credit card, you're still responsible for repaying the outstanding balance and any accrued interest. Interest may continue to accrue until you pay the balance.
