Resetting your child's passcode

If your child has forgotten their passcode, they'll be able to reset it by scanning a code on your device, just like the first time they signed in.

Make sure both the Revolut and Revolut <18 apps you or your child have installed are updated to the latest version.

To retrieve the passcode using the Revolut <18 app

  • Select the 'Forgot your passcode?' button below the log-in details
  • Tap 'Start camera' button
  • Scan the code displayed on the parent's phone

Your child needs to scan a QR code, which you can find in the main Revolut app:

  • Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
  • Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
  • Select your child's profile
  • Tap 'More' or 'Settings'
  • Select 'Revolut <18 app code'
  • Let your child scan the code using their mobile phone
