Forgotten passcode for <18 account
Resetting your child's passcode
If your child has forgotten their passcode, they'll be able to reset it by scanning a code on your device, just like the first time they signed in.
Make sure both the Revolut and Revolut <18 apps you or your child have installed are updated to the latest version.
To retrieve the passcode using the Revolut <18 app
- Select the 'Forgot your passcode?' button below the log-in details
- Tap 'Start camera' button
- Scan the code displayed on the parent's phone
Your child needs to scan a QR code, which you can find in the main Revolut app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
- Select your child's profile
- Tap 'More' or 'Settings'
- Select 'Revolut <18 app code'
- Let your child scan the code using their mobile phone
