What details can I change?

• Phone number: can only be edited from the mobile app
• Email address: can only be edited from the web app and the mobile app (only on the new app interface)
• Address: can only be edited from the web app

For other changes, chat with us. Before reaching out to us, have your identification document ready. This must be the same document you provided during our sign-up process. We’ll need it to help you change your details.
