I was denied a Merchant account — can I appeal?

Based on a thorough review of your business and any information you’ve provided, we may make the decision ‌not to offer you a Merchant account with us. This may be because:

  • your business operates from a region we don’t yet support (e.g. Australia or the US)
  • your business operates within an industry prohibited by the card networks we work with. You can find the full list in this FAQ in our Help Centre
  • your business doesn’t meet our thresholds for credit, fraud or anti-money-laundering risk
  • you didn't provide sufficient information for us to complete the review of your application

Can I appeal this decision?

If you don’t think this decision was correct, or you have new information that you believe is relevant, you can submit an appeal by using this link.

Our decision following an appeal is final and can't be re-appealed.
