Receiving money from personal Revolut accounts

You can receive payments from another Revolut customer’s personal account, just like any other bank transfer.

When you send and receive payments between Revolut accounts, they’re instant, global, and free of transfer fees.

Receive a transfer using account details

Ask the Revolut customer sending you money from their personal account to send an outbound transfer to your account details. You can learn where to find these details in-app in this FAQ.

Receive a transfer using Revtag

Revolut customers can also use your Revtag to transfer money to you from their personal account. For instructions, go to this FAQ.

The country of the recipient's bank could be different from the company's country of residence. If the sender asks you for a bank address, go to your currency account details and look for the bank or payment institution address (this address might appear differently in the 'Local' and 'International' tabs).

I'm expecting a large transfer

For some high-value transactions, we need to perform a few extra security checks, which may slow things down. To speed up the review process, you can let us know if you're expecting a large incoming transaction in advance by submitting some relevant documents via this form.
