Invoice for my paid plan

You can download an invoice including any charges for Expenses fees, as well as your paid plan fees.

Downloading invoices is only possible after your account is charged with the relevant fees. This means invoices for new charges related to plans or expenses are only visible in the corresponding billing cycle.

How do I download an invoice for my plan?

If you're on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Settings'. Web: click the cog in the top-right corner. Mobile: tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  2. Access the 'Billing' sub-menu
  3. Select 'Invoice' to check the details of the current billing cycle or 'View history' and select the period to access invoices from previous billing cycles
  4. Hit the download icon in the top-right corner of the invoice statement

If you're not on the new app interface:

  1. Go to the 'Home' tab
  2. Click your profile icon in the top-left corner, then 'Billing'
  3. Click 'Invoice' to check the details of the current billing cycle or 'View history' and select the period to access invoices from previous billing cycles
  4. Hit the download icon in the top-right corner of the invoice statement
