I've been charged twice for my top-up by card

If you've been charged twice for your card deposit and the top-up isn't visible on your Revolut account, but the amount was taken from your bank account, please contact your bank directly.

If the top-up was credited to your Revolut account - you can send the money back to your bank account yourself. To find out more, check this article.

The transaction date within your bank statement may be slightly different, as card top-ups usually appear 1 to 2 days after they're made.
