I'm not able to access BLIK

BLIK is available as a payment option for Revolut customers who used a valid national ID, European passport, or Polish residence permit during the identity verification process. A driver's licence isn't a valid ID for document verification.

If you are not able to generate BLIK codes or are seeing an error, go to your 'Phone setting' and under 'Time & date setting', make sure it's set to automatic.

To access BLIK, update your identity verification document by contacting our support team through the in-app chat. Once your valid identity document has been verified, you'll have access to BLIK, and will see the BLIK icon on the home screen.
