What is an ARN number?

An ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) is a unique identifier assigned to each transaction that goes through a payment processing system. When a refund is initiated, it generates a new ARN specific to the refund transaction.

This makes it easier for banks, merchants, and payment processors to locate and process refunds accurately.

In case of problems with a refund, the ARN number acts as a reference point for investigating and resolving the problem efficiently. It can help us to trace the refund transaction.

If you haven't received a refund after 15 working days, but the merchant claims that they have completed it, please ask for the ARN number and provide it to us so we can trace the refund for you.
