- Premium customers receive 1 free ride of up to 15 minutes per month, including the unlock fee
- Metal customers receive 1 free ride of up to 20 minutes per month, including the unlock fee
- Ultra customers receive 1 free ride of up to 30 minutes per month, including the unlock fee
Standard per-minute pricing applies after your included minute allowance is reached or on subsequent rides. Unused ride minutes do not carry over to subsequent rides or months.
Dott free ride access
To access your Dott subscription (available to Premium, Metal, and Ultra customers) in the Revolut app:
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select Your plan
- Scroll down until you see your plan's benefits and tap 'See all'
- Select 'Dott' and follow the instructions to activate this benefit
If you hold multiple Dott offers from Revolut, only one code can be active at a time. The higher-value offer applies, and where both are the same, the offer from your paid plan takes priority. Before starting your ride, check the correct code is selected in the Dott app.
Subscription difficulty
If you have any difficulty accessing your free ride on Dott, we recommend visiting their website or contacting their Customer Support team in the app.
If you upgrade or switch between eligible paid plans, you will receive a new code corresponding to your new plan level for that calendar month (provided you haven't already redeemed a promo code for that specific plan tier during the same month).
This benefit is available to Premium, Metal, and Ultra customers in selected countries only. If you downgrade to a non-eligible plan, you will automatically lose access to this benefit.
