Your child can switch to a personal Revolut account ‌upon turning 18. You'll get a notification about the transition, but you don't need to do anything.

Your child can transfer their existing money and Pockets from the <18 account to the new one.

If you would prefer for them not to transfer any existing money to their new account, you can withdraw it before their 18th birthday.

Until your child fully activates the new personal account and transfers the funds from their <18 account, their <18 card and account will work as normal. After the transfer, their <18 account and card will be closed.

If the switch isn't made by their 19th birthday, we'll close the <18 account and return any remaining money to your personal account.
