Types of customer support

If your questions aren't answered in the FAQs, you can contact us through our in-app chat for support. Voice call support is only available to submit a complaint, or to compare mobile plan tariffs.

Submit complaints by voice

If you’re unhappy with your mobile plan, we’ll try to put things right. Contact us through the Revolut app under the 'Help' section. You can also submit a complaint via phone by calling us on +48 128 811 742, from Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm CET.

Compare mobile plan tariffs by voice

To compare the Revolut mobile plan with your current provider's plan, you can request a voice call. Follow these steps:

  • Start an in-app chat and state your request for voice support
  • We'll provide a deeplink to voice support, and you'll be put through to our voicebot
  • If you'd like to speak to a live phone agent in Polish, you can ask the voicebot
  • You'll then be transferred to an agent (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm CET).

The phone agent will not be able to advise on anything outside the mobile plan tariff comparison. If you have any other questions, get in touch via our in-app chat.
