Transferring a plan to a different device

To transfer your mobile plan, go to the device you want to move it to. On the 'Mobile plans' landing page, you'll see whether your device is eSIM compatible. If it is, you'll be able to select 'Transfer plans'. If your device isn't eSIM compatible, you won't be able to transfer the plan.

Tap 'Transfer plans' and follow the instructions to transfer your mobile plan to the new device. If you're transferring a frozen eSIM from a lost or stolen device, you'll need to unfreeze it before transferring it.

Once transferred, your number and mobile plan will stop working on the previous device.
