My team member can’t log in

Newly invited team members logging in for the first time

Invited colleagues who have joined the Business account but never logged in before should:

  1. Open the Revolut Business signup page
  2. Click 'I've been invited to join a company'
  3. Enter their work email address and continue the steps on-screen

If they have signed in before, then try:

If a login error still persists, try the following: 

  • Set browser to incognito or private mode before logging in
  • Clear browser cache and enable pop-ups
  • Try a different browser
  • Make sure the app is updated or reinstall it

Make sure they've downloaded the Revolut Business app (black icon), rather than the personal Revolut app (white icon).
