Why haven't I received my referral reward?

Pending payments

If the person you referred made a card payment as part of the referral campaign, but it’s still ‘Pending’, your reward may be delayed. As long as the transaction was made before the deadline, you'll receive the reward, even if it's processed after the deadline.

Ineligible referrals

The person and business you refer have to complete all necessary steps before the campaign deadline. This means actions need to be taken within the active referral window. Some of the most common reasons for not receiving your reward are:

  • The person you referred didn't follow your invitation link
  • The invitee used the link outside the promotional period
  • They didn't fully meet the eligibility criteria
  • One of the steps was rejected or reversed
