I am expecting a large transfer
For some high-value transactions we have to perform a few extra security checks, which might slow things down – but it doesn't have to.
If you're expecting a large incoming transaction, you can let us know in advance and help speed up the review process by submitting relevant documents through this form.
Documents to support your transaction:
- Invoice or contract for goods/services (incl. purpose, date, terms, amount, signatures)
- Payment for goods or services: provide an invoice detailing the purpose of payment, customer name, date of invoice, description of services and goods, terms and time of payment, and payment amount
- Sales, consultancy, or services contract: include purpose, customer name, contract date, description of goods/services, payment terms and amount, and signatures of parties involved
- Merchant payment (e.g. Stripe/PayPal): include payment purpose, period covered by statement, and sender details
- Funding/subscription: funding letter/agreement including purpose, investor name, date, payment schedule, rights/earnings, and signatures
- Refund: confirmation letter or receipt showing reason, amount, date, and VAT (if any)
- Funds from own account: 3-month bank statement with bank name and customer name
