• Be fully incorporated and active
• Your company must be registered in an eligible country
• Your company must not be a charity, operate in the public sector, or act as a cooperative (all valid legal forms will be listed for your jurisdiction during the sign-up process)
• Your business must not operate in unsupported industries
• Your current legal home address should be in the UK, Switzerland, the EEA, the US, AU, SG, or India
• No active account for the same company
