Operating address verification

How to verify your operating address

You can find the list of eligible documents in the in-app Home tab. Once you've submitted the documents, please allow us up to 24 hours to verify them and get back to you.

Document requirements

The documents you provide must: 

  • Include the submitted operating address
  • Be under the company legal/trading name
  • Be dated within the last 3 months unless otherwise stated below

Supported documents

  • A rental office agreement signed by you confirming one of the following: a duration of 6+ months, and valid on the day of onboarding, proof of rental payment dated in the last year
  • Utility bills (e.g. water, electricity, landline, mobile, internet)
  • Bank statement from a physical bank
  • Government correspondence (e.g. court order, traffic line, business rates bill)dated within the last year.
  • Three consecutive invoices and a contract from a co-working space provider valid on the date of onboarding and containing your operating address (if dated within the last 6 months)
  • Contract with a customer outlining your business’ products and services
  • Documents from a stock exchange, a regulatory body, or a licensing board/body
