Making a claim after the removal of travel insurance from Premium accounts

The Travel Insurance benefit was removed from the Premium plan on 5 January 2024. Download your policy documents from the app or refer to the email we sent you. Contact us for further assistance.

To make a claim for an incident before this date:

  1. If you have not previously activated your account, find the XCover confirmation email in your inbox and follow the instructions to set up your XCover account. If you cannot locate the XCover confirmation email, this article may help. Note that the email address for your XCover account must be the same as your Revolut account.
  2. Log into your XCover account at xcover.com
  3. Tap ‘Make a claim’ and follow the instructions to submit a claim
