How to earn RevPoints

Earning RevPoints

To begin earning RevPoints, make sure that the feature is activated in your account. To do so, follow the steps in this FAQ. You can earn points through various activities:

  • Debit card transactions: Use your Revolut card for eligible purchases (more details on eligible transactions can be found below)
  • Round ups: Convert spare change into RevPoints
  • Booking Stays and Experiences: Earn points when you book in-app. Experiences T&Cs and Stays T&Cs apply
  • Revolut Shops: Earn points when you buy in Revolut Shops. Only available in eligible countries. Shops T&Cs apply
  • Revolut Pay transactions: Use one-click checkout with Revolut Pay and earn points using your Revolut account. Revolut Pay T&Cs apply
  • Open a points Pocket: Maintain a minimum balance in the Pocket to receive RevPoints on a daily basis. You can find more information in this FAQ

Transactions that don't earn RevPoints

Some transactions are not eligible for earning RevPoints. This includes:

  • Transactions made with your Revolut Pro account and credit cards
  • Transactions displayed as pending in your transaction list
  • Financial services, payment services, or any other liquid or cash-like services
  • Cigar and tobacco purchases
  • Tax, fines, penalties, support payments, or other payments to or required by a government or judicial entity
  • Lotteries or gambling, utilities, charity, religious, and educational organisations

How many RevPoints do I earn on my spend?

Depending on your plan, you'll be eligible for a different earn rate (on eligible transactions). When you upgrade your plan, you may start earning more RevPoints (see the earn rate per plan below).

  • Standard: 10 € for 1 RevPoint
  • Plus: 10 € for 1 RevPoint
  • Premium: 4 € for 1 RevPoint
  • Metal: 2 € for 1 RevPoint
  • Ultra: 1 € for 1 RevPoint

RevPoints accumulation and expiry

  • Monitoring points: To check your points, go to the 'RevPoints' section on the bottom menu and tap the RevPoints icon in the top-right corner
  • Expiry: Points are valid for 3 years from the date they're issued, learn more in this FAQ

RevPoint refunds

RevPoints are loyalty points and are therefore not refundable and cannot be exchanged for money or currency as stated in RevPoints T&Cs. They can only be used by redeeming them according to RevPoints T&Cs and are not accepted by any third party as a means of payment.
