Most refunds can be processed by the merchant without a dispute. If you still need to dispute the transaction, make sure you gather evidence of the merchant’s response, as this can significantly help your case.

How to dispute a card transaction

If your direct contact with the merchant is unsuccessful, follow these steps to dispute the card transaction in your Revolut app:

  1. Tap the transaction in your transactions list. If you have multiple to report, you’ll be able to add them in the form later
  2. Tap 'Get help'
  3. Choose 'I would like a refund for this transaction'
  4. Complete and submit the form
