Can I withdraw money without my physical Multibanco card?

If you don't have a physical Multibanco card, or don't have it with you, you can use the MB WAY app to generate a secure cash withdrawal code. You can use this code at any Multibanco ATM. For security reasons, keep this code private​ — anyone with access to it could withdraw money from your account.
