Referral step 'Sign up using your link' is not completed

The 'Sign up using your link' step may appear incomplete in the Active referrals section, if:

  • your referee didn't use your unique referral link to open a Business account
  • your referee hasn't opened their Revolut Business account or if they or their business doesn't meet the eligibility criteria
  • your referee or the business they opened an account but didn't complete eligibility and verification steps before the campaign deadline, which would make the referral invalid

Referees and their business have until the campaign deadline to pass eligibility and verification. Read more about campaign conditions in this article.
