How to create team member profiles

Team member profiles are managed individually for each location, allowing you to assign and update employee details based on specific business sites. Only the account owner can perform the login step.

On the Revolut web portal, go to the 'Team' section. Here you can add a new team member. There are no possibilities to edit staff members. To set up a team member's profile, you'll need to:

  • Go to 'Team'
  • Select 'Create a new member'
  • Select their role
  • Complete their profile
  • Provide their name
  • Choose a 4-digit passcode that they will use to log in to the Revolut POS iPad/iPhone app
  • Select the locations they will be part of
