How do I enable table management on Revolut POS?

Table service works similarly to creating and managing orders, with the added ability to assign orders to specific tables and track table status in real time.

How does the table plan work?

First, enable table service by going to 'More', selecting 'Store', and switching on 'Enable Table Service'. Only team members with settings permissions can do so.

You can access the floor plan or table list in the Revolut app via 'Tables'. The floor plan view is available on tablets, while the mobile app displays tables in a list format.

The table plan shows a visual overview with open time and status: grey (free), blue (active, unpaid), green (action taken, stays active until freed for reset). You can open a table from the floor plan or create an order and assign it when parking.

Ordering via Tables

Go to 'Tables' and select an empty table, or free one that has been made available. You'll first be prompted to enter the number of guests, then add items. From there, you can either checkout directly or park the order and return to it later.

Alternatively, create the order from the register screen and, when parking it, choose to assign it to an available table.

Service provided by Revolut Bank UAB - branch in Portugal, registered with Bank of Portugal under number 3560.

Transfer tables

To move a table and its orders, go to 'Tables', select the active table, open 'Actions', tap 'Transfer table', choose a new area and table, tap 'Transfer orders', review the details, then 'Save'.

To assign an active order, go to 'Orders' and then 'Active', select the order, tap 'Restore', open 'Action', choose 'Add table', select a floor and table, confirm details, then tap 'New order'.

If tables are enabled in POS Web (to do this, go to 'Settings', select 'Checkout', select 'Tables', and then 'Activate floor plan'), you can open, transfer, and free tables, but not take orders.
