Cancelling your scheduled package account downgrade

How can I cancel my scheduled package account downgrade?

If you’ve scheduled a package account downgrade, you can cancel it directly in the Revolut app by tapping this link and selecting 'Keep plan'. You can also do this manually in the Revolut app:

  • Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
  • Tap 'Your plan'
  • Tap 'Billing'
  • If you have a scheduled downgrade, you’ll see an option to 'Keep plan'

If you paid a break fee, it will be automatically refunded. If you previously received a refund for ending your package account early, that amount will be charged back, since you’re staying on the package account. Review the Paid Plan Terms for more information on break fees.
