Package account downgrade fees for branch customers
What are the downgrade fees for branch customers?
Downgrade fees for your package account depend on when you downgrade, your package account, and whether you pay monthly or annually.
It also depends on whether your account is with the branch in Portugal. You can check this by going to your 'Profile' and scrolling all the way down — it's listed below the 'Log Out' button.
