Purchase RevPoints in-app
When you purchase RevPoints in-app, you pay for them with your account balance. Points purchased are non-refundable. Here’s how to do it:
- Go to ‘RevPoints’ on the bottom menu
- Below your points balance, tap ‘Earn’
- Select Buy points for a one-off purchase or Recurring buy to set a monthly recurring purchase
- Select your desired points package
- Tap ‘Pay’
Recurring purchases allow you to schedule a points purchase every month. You will be charged monthly on the same date. For purchases activated on a date that doesn't repeat every month (29th, 30th, or 31st), the purchase will be billed on the last day of the month. RevPoints T&Cs apply.
Disable RevPoints recurring purchase
- Go to ‘RevPoints’ on the bottom menu
- Below your points balance, tap ‘Earn’
- Select Recurring buy
- Tap ‘Deactivate’ on the bottom left
Manage RevPoints recurring purchase
- Go to ‘RevPoints’ on the bottom menu
- Below your points balance, tap ‘Earn’
- Select Recurring buy
- Select your desired points package
- If you’ve selected a points package of fewer points than you currently buy, tap ‘Save’
- If you’ve selected a points package of more points than you currently buy, tap ‘Pay’
Your billing cycle will automatically reset. Future monthly purchases will happen on the reset date — unless it's a date that doesn't repeat every month (e.g. 29th, 30th, or 31st). Then, the purchase is billed on the last day of the month. RevPoints T&Cs apply.
