Follow these steps when taking a live picture of your physical identity document:

• Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner
• Select 'Account'
• Choose 'Personal details' and tap on 'Verify my identity'
• Select your nationality and choose the document(s) from the list (e.g. passport, identity card)
• Ensure your document is valid and not expired. If it is, try using a different one
• Take a live picture of the document. Make sure to fit the document within the frame, ensuring all four corners of the document are visible
• Check that the picture of your document is clear and fully readable
• Press 'Confirm' and continue the sign up process
