Legal entities for a Revolut Business account

Revolut Business is available for the majority of legal types of business, although there are some exceptions. These exceptions include charities, public sector companies, cooperatives, and more.

Supported business types

  • Societate cu răspundere limitată (LTD)
  • Persoana fizica autorizata (SOLETRADER)
  • Societate cu răspundere limitată debutant (LTD)
  • Societate pe acţiuni (PLC)
  • Societate în comandită simplă (LP)
  • Societate în comandită pe acţiuni (LP)
  • Întreprindere Individuală (I.I.) (SOLETRADER)
  • Societate în nume colectiv (PARTNERSHIP)
  • întreprindere familială (IF) (LTD)
  • Societate civilă profesională de avocati (PARTNERSHIP)

Unsupported business types

  • Organizație non-guvernamentală (CHARITY)
  • Societate Profesională de Avocaţi cu Răspundere Limitată (LTD)
  • Fundație (FOUNDATION)
  • Cooperativă agricolă' (COOP)
  • Societate cooperativă (COOP)
  • Sucursală / Filială a companiei străine (OTHER)
  • Asociație (CHARITY)
  • Federație (FOUNDATION)
