How to download a statement

To download a statement for an active Instant Access Savings from the personal mobile app:

• Go to your 'Instant Access Savings'
• Tap 'More'
• Select 'Statement'
• Choose the timeframe you wish to generate a statement for
• Tap 'Generate'

To download a statement for a closed Instant Access Savings from the personal mobile app:

• Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner
• Select 'Documents & statements'
• Choose 'Savings'

How to view the T&Cs

In the personal mobile app:

• Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
• Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
• Select your 'Instant Access Savings'
• Select 'Info' and select 'Documents'
• Choose 'Terms and conditions'
