What are trusted merchants?

If you trust a merchant, you can add it to your list of Trusted Merchants. These don’t need to perform 3DS checks, which means transactions will be instantly approved.

How can I mark a merchant as Trusted?

If you have a transaction declined due to lack of 3DS, you can open it and check the option to trust that merchant.

You'll also be notified in real-time when this option will be available.

Where can I see my Trusted Merchants?

  1. From the 'Home' screen, tap your profile icon on the top-left corner
  2. Select 'Security'
  3. Go to 'Merchants and payments'
  4. Tap on 'Trusted Merchants'
